The SUM II project is a five-year project focusing on improving the performance of Indonesian civil society organisations (CSOs) to scale up effective, integrated HIV and AIDS interventions to ensure that at least 80 percent of most-at-risk people are covered by comprehensive HIV and AIDS services by 2015.
