Prior to 2017, Sieyin was the Centre for International Health’s Administration Manager. She also administered the Education and Training courses which are run in collaboration with Monash and Melbourne universities and was part of the Education Capacity Development Team. Sieyin also worked as a Project Manager for the Tuberculosis Elimination and Implementation Science Group.
