Background

Senna is a current Honours student through the Department of Medicine, Dentistry, and Health Sciences at the University of Melbourne with an interest in antimalarial drug discovery. She completed her Bachelors in 2022, majoring in Immunology and Microbiology. During this time, she interned at the Burnet Institute under the supervision of Associate Professor Paul Gilson and Dr Hayley Bullen and chose to continue working within the Malaria Virulence and Drug Discovery Group in her Honours year.
