Background
Sean began his HR career working in recruitment for the School of Engineering at RMIT University. From here he joined The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, initially working in HR generalist positions before moving into Talent Acquisition where he managed recruitment for a diverse range of roles across the college and provided specialist advice and coaching to hiring managers on best fit recruitment and selection methodologies.
In his role as Talent Acquisition Manager, Sean manages Burnet's recruitment function, develops proactive sourcing strategies, builds talent pools, and carries out employer branding projects.
