Background
Mark has worked in international development and humanitarian relief since the early 1980s, spending several years each in Lebanon, Cambodia and Indonesia, as well as long-term management positions with Oxfam Australia and Australian Volunteers International. He has worked as a consultant on program design and evaluation in several countries, and has deployed as Shelter Cluster Coordinator to Ethiopia and Mozambique. Inclusion of LGBTQIA+ people in development and humanitarian response has been a recent focus.
