Background

Lulu Mason is a creative leader with deep expertise in design and brand transformation, creative marketing strategies, stakeholder management, and campaign implementation. For more than 15 years, Lulu has held creative leadership roles – both agency and in-house in the private and public sectors – to guide and build high-performing teams, act as brand custodian and oversee the execution and delivery of multi-channel campaigns and projects.
 
Prior to joining Burnet, Lulu held the role of Brand and Creative Lead at City of Boroondara leading the creative direction and strategic oversight of design, multimedia and production. She led major change projects including the accessible update of the organisation’s brand, design style guide and signage strategy and style guide, which required extensive consultation with elected representatives, subject matter experts and community members.
 
Lulu is a proactive, innovative and strategic thinker with a passion for creating meaningful, customer-focused content to translate business objectives into compelling design outcomes.
