Background
Logan Wu is a computational epidemiologist and analytics engineer with experience in infectious disease epidemiology, international development, and software engineering. As part of Victoria's COVID-19 response, he built epidemiological analytics software to support contact tracing and vaccination efforts. He also performed a similar role pre-pandemic to support natural disaster resilience through engineering interventions in the Pacific Islands region.
Logan performed research at WEHI from 2021 to 2024, with affiliations at the University of Melbourne and Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Logan now works at Burnet Institute as data and systems manager, supporting a variety of initiatives.
