Ingrid has over a decade of experience working in the international development and humanitarian sectors, with a particular focus on supporting refugee and IDP programs in conflict-affected settings.
Ingrid has managed large-scale grant portfolios funded by institutional donors such as the European Union (EU), Australian Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade (DFAT), Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), and the U. S. Department of State's Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (BPRM) and led the development and implementation of donor engagement, advocacy and funding strategies.
She has worked in Lebanon, Iraq and Jordan developing, coordinating and delivering humanitarian & development projects for non-governmental organisations, United Nations agencies and governmental bodies and has remotely supported the development and delivery of programs in the Pacific and East Asia regions.
