With a background in corporate and NFP sectors, Sharni specialises in digital and direct marketing, strategic planning and insights gathering to identify opportunities for future growth.

Sharni has over 15 years’ marketing and fundraising experience and is passionate about leveraging technology to promote better outcomes for vulnerable communities.

Sharni joined the Burnet Institute in 2021. Her role is advancing the Burnet Institute’s mission of achieving better health for poor and vulnerable communities by fostering ongoing philanthropic giving through digital and direct fundraising.
